All services are subject to availability and may require an on-site assessment before a final quote is provided.
Any estimate or quote provided by Benson Fence And Gate LLC is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Final pricing may vary based on changes to project scope, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions discovered during installation. A written contract will be provided and must be signed before any work begins.
A deposit may be required prior to scheduling your fence installation. Payment terms will be outlined in your service contract. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Full payment is due upon completion of the project unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
You may cancel your service appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds for deposits will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on work already performed or materials purchased.
We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be detailed in your service contract. Material warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and may vary. Our workmanship warranty covers installation defects for a specified period as outlined in your agreement. Normal wear and tear, weather damage, or improper maintenance are not covered.
You agree to provide our team with safe and reasonable access to your property to perform the requested services. You are responsible for notifying us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other potential hazards on your property. Our team will take reasonable precautions, but you acknowledge that fencing installation involves digging and heavy equipment.
